Did you know our Butterfly Circus Tea makes a wonderful drink whether warm or cold? This tea is a very aromatic floral blend of Gulabi tea, rose buds, jasmine blossoms, dried lemon, sarsaparilla, and rose & jasmine extract. So while the heat is taking out some of the fun out of drinking warm tea, why not try something new for your iced teas? You can pick up a tin through our Etsy shoppe here.

Color Testing
We’ve been working very hard at perfecting flavor and color for our Absinthe Tea. Next up is an infused sugar to add to it. The herbs are soaking in vodka as we type. Of course, if that turns out like I think it will, it may not make it to the candy stage. Mmmm.
Meet the Butterfly Circus Tea
Tonight we’ve made some orange sugar, have continued testing a very special Mother’s Day Tea and this…THIS. This is our Butterfly Circus Tea. With notes of rose, lemon and jasmine, it tastes like a beautiful summer day. It’s especially nice sweetened with orange sugar.
Sunday Tea Making
It’s a tea making Sunday. We think Miss Emma, along with all the residents of the Hathor Boarding House, would be pleased with the results. It is, after all, made in memory of her beloved niece. Snapdragon Tea!
Mere Henriot’s Elixir
We are so completely thrilled that The Wormwood Queen has allowed us to recreate her family’s long held recipe for Absinthe Tea, “Mere Henriot’s Elixir”. I couldn’t wait and had to make a cup after I finished the blend. Here I left the herbs in whole, in hopes that perhaps she will read my leaves once I have finished! Just like the liquor, this tea is best sweetened. I took the liberty to add one very special green sugar cube for festive purposes. We cannot wait to share it with you!
Miss Emma’s Tea
Miss Emma’s Gardens over at the Boarding House are known throughout Orange Moon Downs. That is where she plants her medicines, magic and memories. We have carefully harvested some of her special herbs including sage and parsley, and crafted this most wonderful savory tea. The fennel seeds give it just a touch spunk and elegance. A bit like Miss Emma herself.
